How shares work
1 = 1
One referral, one share
Each active paid member you refer gives you 1 share.
Pool ÷ shares
Share value
Share value = total pool ÷ total active shares for that month.
≈ $9.50

If shares about equal members, each share is worth about $9.50, so 5 active referrals ≈ $47.50/month. Estimate only.

The rules
- You must be an active paid member to earn.
- A new referral's payment is pending for 7 days before it counts as a share.
- If a referral cancels or stops paying, you lose that share.
- The pool is calculated at the end of each month.
- Payouts are made between the 1st and 5th of each month.
- Tax information may be required (for example, a 1099 where required by law).
What you won't find here
- No upsells.
- No required purchases beyond your membership.
- No inventory to buy or store.
- No levels or downlines. Only your direct referrals earn you shares.
